What we're looking for

We're looking for practitioners who are:

• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development

• Warm, caring and enthusiastic

• Confident working with children from birth to 5 years

• Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years/Education (preferred)

• Experienced working in a nursery or early years setting (experience will be considered in place of a qualification)

• Reliable, professional and a great team player

• Confident communicating with children, parents and colleagues

• A driver with access to a vehicle is preferred, as you'll have the opportunity to work across different nursery settings
