Work in Early Years

Nursery Practitioners play an important role in children's early development. You'll contribute to a welcoming environment where children can feel confident, explore through play and develop essential skills.

You may be involved in:

• Planning and supporting age-appropriate activities.

• Encouraging children's learning and development.

• Supporting daily routines and care.

• Building positive relationships with children and families.

• Maintaining safeguarding and health and safety standards.

What We Look For

• Enthusiasm for Early Years education and care.

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification, or willingness to work towards one.

• Experience in nursery or childcare settings desirable.

• A patient, caring and dependable approach.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Early Years Opportunities

• £16.35–£18.82 per hour.

• Flexible full-time and part-time work.
