Your Role

As a Baby Room Practitioner, you'll play an important role in supporting children aged 0–2 years through their earliest learning experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality, nurturing care in a safe and stimulating environment.

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.

• Supporting babies with their individual routines, development and milestones.

• Maintaining accurate observations, assessments and learning journals.

• Following safeguarding, safer sleeping and safer feeding procedures.

• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, caring and genuinely passionate about Early Years education.

Essential requirements:

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.

• Previous experience working with babies aged 0–2 years.

• A strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.

• Knowledge of safer sleeping, feeding and baby weaning practices.

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Paediatric First Aid training would be beneficial, although training can be provided.
