Your Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, play and thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality care and support for children within an Early Years setting.

• Creating fun, engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the EYFS.

• Supporting children's individual development, routines and milestones.

• Encouraging independence, confidence and positive relationships.

• Observing and recording children's learning and development.

• Building strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.

• Following safeguarding, health and safety policies and procedures.

• Working collaboratively with the wider nursery team.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is warm, enthusiastic and genuinely passionate about Early Years education.

Essential requirements:

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.

• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.

• A good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.

• A nurturing, patient and child-centred approach.

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.

• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
