The Role

As a Qualified Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing. You will create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a recognised childcare qualification, such as Level 2 or above

• Has experience working with children in an early years or educational setting

• Is passionate about supporting children's learning and development

• Can build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues

• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Is reliable, professional and enthusiastic

• Understands safeguarding and child protection responsibilities
