Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the school office and leadership team
  • Managing telephone and email enquiries professionally
  • Greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming reception area
  • Maintaining accurate pupil and staff records using school management systems
  • Supporting attendance monitoring and general school administration
  • Assisting with correspondence, reports, and school communications
  • Ordering supplies and supporting general office administration
  • Ensuring confidential information is handled appropriately

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a school administration or office administration role
  • Experience using school management systems such as SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom, or similar is desirable
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a busy office
  • Professional, reliable, and approachable manner
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
