The role may include:

• Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
• Assisting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons.
• Supporting children with a range of learning needs, including SEND.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Providing classroom support across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a UK school.
• A positive, adaptable and professional approach.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential where suitable experience can be demonstrated.
