is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to work within a friendly and nurturing nursery setting in Hengrove.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic childcare professional who is committed to supporting children’s learning and development within a caring and stimulating early years environment.

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support children’s emotional, social, and educational development
  • Plan engaging activities tailored to children’s interests and developmental stages
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming nursery environment
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive nursery team

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent)
  • Previous nursery or early years experience preferred
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
  • A genuine passion for supporting young children to thrive
