🚨 Service Manager – Family Support & Youth Services | Gloucestershire
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Service Manager, Family Support Manager or Children & Families Manager to join a well-established national charity supporting children, young people and families across Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds.
📍 Gloucestershire – regular travel across the North & South Cotswolds
💰 Up to £37,000
📅 Full-time | Temporary with potential to become permanent
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a vital service at a time when demand is high, with 100+ families currently awaiting support.
You’ll lead and support frontline teams, oversee referrals and assessments, manage caseloads, strengthen multi-agency partnerships and ensure children, young people and families receive the right support at the right time.

🚗 Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
