The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will help create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning. You will support children aged 0–5 years through engaging activities and high-quality care that promotes their development across all areas of learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding childcare and early years education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children's learning through play-based and structured activities.
• Observe, assess, and record children's development and achievements.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Promote children's wellbeing, safety, and emotional development.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging nursery environment.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting.
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
