What we’re looking for

Depending on the role, you will ideally have:

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above

• A strong understanding of the EYFS

• Experience working within an Early Years setting

• A warm, caring and professional approach

• A genuine passion for helping children learn, develop and thrive

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Leadership or management experience for senior-level opportunities
