We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable Early Years Supply Practitioners to support nurseries and early years settings across Gloucestershire.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0–5 years.

• Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for children to learn and develop.

• Support children's learning through play-based activities and experiences.

• Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor play.

• Promote children's physical, emotional, social and educational development.

• Work collaboratively with nursery teams to maintain a positive and inclusive environment.

• Follow safeguarding procedures, health and safety requirements, and setting policies.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience working with children in an early years or childcare setting.

• A caring, patient and positive approach.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Reliability, flexibility and a professional attitude.

• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

• Relevant childcare qualifications are desirable, although applicants with suitable experience will also be considered.

An enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references will be required in line with safeguarding requirements.
