The role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children

• Support children’s learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities

• Work confidently within the EYFS framework

• Observe, assess and contribute to children’s learning journeys

• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

• Support children’s individual routines, wellbeing and developmental needs

• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety

• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive nursery team

What we’re looking for

You will need:

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

• A good understanding of the EYFS

• A warm, caring and enthusiastic approach

• A genuine passion for helping children learn, develop and thrive

• The ability to work positively and professionally within a team
