Your responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.

• Plan and support fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities.

• Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

• Carry out observations and contribute to children's learning journeys.

• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment.

• Follow safeguarding, health and safety policies and nursery procedures.

• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure every child receives the best possible care.

About you

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.

• Have experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

• Have a good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.

• Be caring, patient, reliable and enthusiastic.

• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Be passionate about helping children learn, develop and thrive.

• Be committed to providing a high standard of care and education.
