As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the school's office functions, working closely with staff, pupils, parents, and visitors while maintaining high standards of organisation and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the school office and leadership team
- Managing telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming reception area
- Maintaining accurate pupil and staff records using school management systems
- Supporting attendance monitoring and general school administration
- Assisting with correspondence, reports, and school communications
- Ordering supplies and supporting general office administration
- Ensuring confidential information is handled appropriately

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a school administration or office administration role
- Experience using school management systems such as SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom, or similar is desirable
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a busy office
- Professional, reliable, and approachable manner
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
