Salary: £43,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week

ClassPeople are delighted to be supporting a fantastic early years setting in Brislington, Bristol, in their search for an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Manager to join their dedicated team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education and who enjoys leading, supporting and inspiring a team.
The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will take responsibility for the smooth and effective running of the nursery, ensuring children receive the highest standards of care, learning and development in line with the EYFS.
You will lead, motivate and support your team, creating a positive, inclusive and nurturing environment where children can thrive. You will also build strong relationships with colleagues and families, ensuring excellent communication and partnership working.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the nursery team to deliver high-quality early years provision.
- Ensure the setting operates in line with the EYFS, safeguarding requirements and company policies.
- Support and promote children's learning, development and wellbeing.
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children.
- Build positive and professional relationships with parents, carers and families.
- Support staff development, training and continuous professional development.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and compliance.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the nursery.
About You
We are looking for an experienced early years professional who can demonstrate:
- A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- GCSE Maths.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team within an early years setting.
- A genuine passion for early years education and children's development.
- Confidence in supporting and developing both children and practitioners.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and continuous professional development.
