Class People's dedicated special educational needs department can assist you with SEN recruitment, teaching assistants and tutors across all age ranges.

We understand that our SEN teachers possess a particular blend of skills and personality traits which allows them to assess a situation, adapt their behaviour accordingly and create a connection and sense of trust with the individual child.

The requirement for 1-2-1 support is ever growing and changing in its needs with the increase of emphasis on inclusion within a mainstream school.

Our team will work hard to understand the individualistic needs of your pupils and their histories in order to ensure that the SEN teaching assistants provided can develop a trusting and encouraging partnership that will enable your pupils to thrive.

Private tutors

We also recruit subject specialist teachers to work with children of all capabilities and backgrounds through private tutoring throughout the South-West.

This can take place within a school environment, residential environment or at home. The requirement may be to bolster the learning that is occurring within the school or to recuperate learning lost from absenteeism in school.
