Class People have been fantastic. They have listened to my wants and needs and catered the work to suit my needs. I was able to decide on the days, key stages and locations that I wanted to work. There was always plenty of work, someone to speak to and I loved the fact that they always rung to ask how my days was. Through Class People, I have been able to work in a variety of schools comprising of varied demographics and sizes. This has been fabulous for my own career development. It has also been an excellent opportunity to meet other practitioners and observe new techniques and strategies used within the classrooms.

I started working with Class People during my Teacher training at University. I wanted to gain more experience of working within the Early Years Foundation Stage. I found working with this supply agency very flexible and they were completely understanding of my other commitments. Gemma would always find me work in Nursery settings during my half terms and summer holidays which I found incredibly rewarding. I found all the staff at Class People approachable and easy to talk to. Another benefit of working with Class People is the range of CPD courses available for employees, which I can now take with me into my career as a Primary School Teacher. The thing for me that sets Class People apart from other agencies I have worked for, is that the representatives treat you with respect and listen to what you feel your strengths are and try to match you to assignments accordingly.  I have always felt valued and have received as much work as I have wanted.  I am about to start a permanent post but would not hesitate to return to working for Class People in the future, should the need arise.

Class People allows me to gain valuable experience with working with children in an Early Years setting; this has given me great insight into what I want to pursue as a career.

Class People is second-to-none. Having worked with another agency in the past where there were often being double bookings or messages not being picked up/received, I can honestly say I have always felt the communication at Class People is absolutely excellent! The small team means that there is a personal touch when I phone in and professional working relationships have been forged. I get to enjoy a variety of schools across the county and know my feedback regarding any individual school is always valued. It has been a complete pleasure to deal with Class People since starting my registration process. I contacted the Exeter team over the summer holidays as I was moving to Devon. I have spoken to Katie and James on a few occasions and they have both been professional, quick to respond and helpful at all times. The whole registration process was quick and easy and communicated well by Katie and James. I didn't actually complete my registration until about 3 months after I contacted the team as I was moving house but as soon as I contacted them again they remembered me and made the final part of the process very straightforward, finding me work the following week after completing my registration on the Friday. I would highly recommend Class People, it was so refreshing to deal with a team who are so professional and what really stands out is their communication which has been exceptional.

Contacting Class People for the first time only a few weeks ago, I had a reply from Mr Ryan Willey very promptly by email and also by telephone. Ryan put me at ease from the very start of my application, and was extremely professional and informative throughout the following stages, explaining the process meticulously, inviting me for an interview, introducing me to the team and following up our conversations with email conformations. Ryan was receptive to all my needs and has been supportive at all times, answering any questions, and upholding the ethos and team charter for which they commit to wholeheartedly. Robert contacted me a few months ago and came in for a meeting with us about our school supply needs. He was professional, polite and passionate about education which was great. As a small school (roughly 45), we do not make use of supply very often, managing the need internally. He took this into account and explained what he could offer us and what his company could do to support us when we need cover. As it happened, the very next week, we needed supply for a long term sick member of staff. He understood our need for consistency and was able to provide us with an outstanding teacher to cover our needs. Now, whenever we need supply, Rob is our first port of call and where possible, we have the same supply teacher, enabling our students to form relationships and have consistency with this teacher. We have all been very impressed with Rob and class people and would recommend without hesitation, there services to any other schools

I would like to say it has been a pleasure. I have really loved working in the Cheltenham Schools and it has been a great experience for me. This is my first experience of using Class People and I have found the service I have received to be very professional. The information regarding the candidates has been informative and Robert asked relevant question as to the needs, aims and ethos of our school to ensure the candidates would meet our expectations and standards. Robert sent as over CV and following this two candidates came for interview and one has been appointed for a long term maternity cover. One comment is that I had to ask for references and I would have expected these to be sent when the candidates came for interview. I would certainly use Class People again to help fill a post
